Our revolutionary heat-resistant tile, Shield, is truly a green product. By reducing indoor temperatures by 5-8°C, it cuts down AC usage by approximately 10%. For every 1 sq. ft. tile installed, you save around 0.32 kWh of electricity and reduce carbon emissions by approximately 0.26 kg CO2 annually. This contributes significantly to energy savings and a healthier planet.

Sustainable Manufacturing Through SCMs

Mayur Dynamic is committed to sustainability by utilizing recycled materials, including SCMs like Pulverized Fly Ash (PFA) and Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS). By replacing up to 10% of cement with these materials, we effectively reduce our CO2 emissions by approximately 8 million kgs each year.

Eco-Friendly Raw Material Selection

At Mayur Dynamic, we are committed to responsible sourcing and efficient resource utilization. Instead of using river sand, we opt for Manufactured Sand and Waste Quarry Sand, preserving approximately 32 million kgs of natural sand resources annually. Additionally, we ensure that 100% of all incoming raw materials are utilized in our production process, leaving no room for wastage. Our approach not only safeguards precious natural resources but also promotes sustainable manufacturing practices.

Efficient Water Recycling Systems

Mayur Dynamic is dedicated to eco-friendly manufacturing through advanced STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) installations. We achieve complete water recycling within our facilities, strictly following a zero-effluent discharge approach. This sustainable practice reflects our commitment to conserving water resources while upholding top-tier quality and operational excellence.

Water Conservation Through Advanced Curing Systems

At Mayur Dynamic, we utilize German ROTHO Curing Systems with ACS Technology, the world's leading curing technology that enables concrete curing without using water. This innovative approach helps us save approximately 1.5 million liters of water annually, making a meaningful contribution to our sustainability efforts.

Sustainable Terrazzo Manufacturing

At Mayur Dynamic, we have integrated a Slurry Treatment Plant into our Terrazzo manufacturing process, completely eliminating slurry disposal in landfills. The treated slurry is further recycled and reused, promoting an eco-friendly and efficient production cycle.
